Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Engagement Advisor to support its revenue goals through contracting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand products and business model to support revenue goals through contract management
• Negotiate and manage a variety of transactional contracts, including SaaS agreements and vendor contracts
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective contract execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of contract negotiation experience, preferably in technology and healthcare
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a focus on complex transactions
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with familiarity in CRM and CLM tools
• Commitment to customer service for both internal and external clients
