Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Contract Engineering Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical roles
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering or technical fields
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards and LinkedIn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
