Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a financial or data analyst in a contract or project role
• Strong background in financial reporting, preferably in construction or project-based industries
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Understanding of construction-specific financial concepts like job costing and budget-to-actual reporting
