Contract Financial Support Analyst

Job Summary

Providing administrative management of supplier contracts, the full-time remote Contract Financial Support Analyst will evaluate agreements, coordinate compliance procedures, and track vendor performance to ensure contractual service delivery meets internal and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services, including preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments
• Coordinate compliance procedures and maintenance requirements with vendors while identifying operational issues
• Track vendor performance and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
