Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract FINRA Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and execute recruitment for various positions
• Identify and reach out to prospective candidates using various sourcing methods and conduct screening interviews
• Facilitate the offer process and maintain candidate relationships throughout the selection process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with sourcing FINRA licensed candidates preferred
• Ability to manage 20+ requisitions in a fast-paced environment
