• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
• Availability to work 20 hours per week
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media ad creatives and digital marketing assets
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience in design thinking and creating visual representations for both electronic and print media
