Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract GTM Recruiter focused on the Revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized GTM positions, including job posting, sourcing, and offer management
• Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber, passive candidates using advanced sourcing tools
• Manage candidate activity and scheduling, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in GTM/Revenue positions
• Proven track record of successfully filling roles in fast-paced environments
• Strong experience in sourcing and assessing candidates with complex compensation packages
• Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
• Experience using data to inform recruitment strategies, including tracking conversion rates
