Contract GTM Sourcer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Contract GTM Sourcer will identify and engage exceptional go-to-market talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop creative sourcing strategies and build high-quality candidate pipelines over a 90-day period.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to uncover exceptional candidates beyond traditional searches
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach that connects their experiences with the role's opportunities
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to refine candidate profiles and adjust sourcing strategies based on market insights
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for go-to-market roles
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to creatively identify and engage talent from diverse backgrounds and industries
- Strong understanding of candidate evaluation and assessment techniques
- Experience using AI tools for sourcing and outreach is preferred
