Contract Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Contract Implementation Specialist will manage customer contracts, oversee compliance with regulations, and maintain relationships with DMV/state agencies while ensuring quality assurance and account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage customer contracts with Vitu and/or DMVs
• Oversee the contractual process affecting multiple teams and manage business rules related to contracts
• Communicate with various departments and assist with internal audits and client communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or HR training
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic LMS systems
• Strong organization and project coordination skills
• Basic understanding of technical training for software users or support teams
