Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Contract Implementation Specialist will manage contract review, account maintenance, and product functionality while ensuring compliance with state and business regulations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and update records within multiple database systems
  • Monitor emails and in-house communication channels to address requests from internal and external sources
  • Provide support to fellow Specialists to maintain valid and up-to-date client accounts
Required qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and utilize new software applications
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and changing tasks
  • General planning and analytical skills
