Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time Contract Implementation Specialist will manage contract review, account maintenance, and product functionality while ensuring compliance with state and business regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update records within multiple database systems
- Monitor emails and in-house communication channels to address requests from internal and external sources
- Provide support to fellow Specialists to maintain valid and up-to-date client accounts
Required qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and utilize new software applications
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple and changing tasks
- General planning and analytical skills
