Contract Interior Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract External Interior Designer Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop space plans and design schematics for individual homes
• Specify full FF&E and produce placement documents according to brand standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (NCIDQ / CID preferred)
• 5+ years of professional experience in high-end residential or hospitality design
• Demonstrated portfolio of luxury residential work with strong regional aesthetic sensibility
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to operate as a registered business entity with professional liability insurance
