Contract Lead for Data Linkage

Job Summary

Overseeing contract execution for Data Linkage Services, the full-time Contract Lead will manage large datasets, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and support communication with Government stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead contract execution and oversight for data linkage activities
• Provide expertise in managing complex datasets and multi-way data linkages
• Ensure linkage activities meet data governance and security requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health services, social sciences, economics, behavioral research, or related fields
• Minimum of five years of experience as a task lead on projects
• Experience working with CMS data and complex data linkages
• Technical background in statistical analysis and IT systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
