Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Legal Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practice support to associates and partners by prioritizing work and managing tasks
- Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and communications for accuracy
- Organize and monitor assignments within the firm's workflow tool, including billing matters
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software such as iManage or Aderant
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with legal terminology and experience in workflow management roles
- Able to handle confidential matters with discretion
