Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practice support to associates and partners by prioritizing work and managing tasks
  • Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents and communications for accuracy
  • Organize and monitor assignments within the firm's workflow tool, including billing matters
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software such as iManage or Aderant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and experience in workflow management roles
  • Able to handle confidential matters with discretion
