Contract Legal Data Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To support critical risk management functions, the Contract Legal Intake Data Quality Specialist will work remotely on a temporary basis, validating data accuracy and ensuring data integrity across incoming conflict reviews and new business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review and confirm the accuracy of data related to open clients and matters, updating information as needed
• Perform quality control checks on new business intake data and communicate with partners to gather missing information
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues within new business forms while collaborating with cross-departmental teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control, data management, or risk compliance in a legal or corporate environment
• Strong proficiency with data management tools, preferably with experience in InTapp or similar legal intake software
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Demonstrated ability to identify data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis
• Proven skills in managing competing tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment
