Job Summary
Supporting a national recruiting team, the Contract Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage the full life cycle of lateral candidate hiring, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain candidate files in a fully remote, contract-to-hire position.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities related to the full life cycle of lateral candidate hiring, including job requisitions and interview scheduling
- Communicate with search firm agencies, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment information and reports for business and HR leadership, while managing vendor invoice payments and assisting with summer associate reviews
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal recruiting or a similar environment
- Hands-on experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced analytics preferred), and Workday
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
