Job Summary
Supporting a national recruiting team, the part-time Contract Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage the full life cycle of lateral candidate recruitment, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain candidate files while working remotely on a 3-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities related to the full life cycle of lateral candidate recruitment, including job requisitions and interview scheduling
- Communicate directly with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment information and reports for business and HR leadership while processing vendor invoices related to recruitment expenses
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED and a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal recruiting or professional services
- Hands-on experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Workday
- Comfortable learning and working with new recruiting/HR software platforms
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
