Job Summary

Supporting a national recruiting team, the part-time Contract Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage the full life cycle of lateral candidate recruitment, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain candidate files while working remotely on a 3-month contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate all activities related to the full life cycle of lateral candidate recruitment, including job requisitions and interview scheduling
  • Communicate directly with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain recruitment information and reports for business and HR leadership while processing vendor invoices related to recruitment expenses
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED and a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in legal recruiting or professional services
  • Hands-on experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Workday
  • Comfortable learning and working with new recruiting/HR software platforms
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
