Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for Contract Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management for CLM engagements, overseeing timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Serve as a CLM subject matter expert, advising clients on implementation strategy and managing user acceptance testing
• Support the growth of the CLM practice by mentoring junior consultants and contributing to methodology development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting or legal operations with proven project leadership
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms and contract management processes
• Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale CLM projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and proficiency in project management software
