Contract Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Management System Analyst II to design and develop functionalities within their contract management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build interview wizard functionality in the contract management system
• Support health plans with the contracting process and troubleshoot system-related issues
• Provide training on system functionality and manage user access and roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in contracting, healthcare operations, or application support
• Experience in process management/improvement or data/systems analysis
• Must reside in Pennsylvania
• Occasional travel to Mechanicsburg, PA for internal meetings is required
