Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Management Consultant (Fractional).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage all client-facing contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and service agreements
• Lead the development and rollout of standardized contract templates and frameworks across global markets
• Help evolve pricing and engagement models to better reflect the value delivered to clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial management
• Experience building or standardizing contract frameworks across multiple markets
• Familiarity with MSAs, SOWs, and client service agreements in a professional services context
• Knowledge of contract terms and legal requirements across various regions
• Experience in global, multi-market organizations is preferred
