Contract Management Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Management Expert - BPO/ITO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact for contract-related issues with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex outsourcing agreements, including SOWs and SLAs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business objectives and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; Juris Doctor (JD) or MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management within the BPO and/or ITO sectors
• Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred
• Experience managing global contracts and cross-border transactions
• In-depth knowledge of outsourcing contracts and industry-specific contractual nuances
