Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract/Denial Management Specialist who will act as a customer liaison and provide support related to reimbursement data and best practice workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and training related to RCM software
- Explain complex reimbursement methodologies in an understandable way to clients
- Conduct client training and maintain support cases according to team policies
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience
- High degree of self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- Ability to positively represent the company
- Experience with Payer Reimbursement Methodologies and Denials is preferred
- Understanding of 837 and 835 data elements is a plus
