Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract/Denial Management Specialist who will act as a customer liaison and provide support related to reimbursement data and best practice workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and training related to RCM software
  • Explain complex reimbursement methodologies in an understandable way to clients
  • Conduct client training and maintain support cases according to team policies
Required Qualifications
  • 2-year degree or equivalent experience
  • High degree of self-motivation and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to positively represent the company
  • Experience with Payer Reimbursement Methodologies and Denials is preferred
  • Understanding of 837 and 835 data elements is a plus
