Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Contract Management & Revenue Integrity Specialist will lead payer contract negotiations, manage pricing and rate schedules, and ensure accurate payment processing to support Nira Medical's financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all new payer contract negotiations, managing the process from outreach to execution
• Establish and maintain fee schedules and contracted rates for various services
• Identify and resolve payment variances, collaborating with billing and revenue cycle management teams

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in payer contracting, allowable management, or revenue integrity roles
• Strong understanding of fee schedule structures and payer reimbursement methodologies
• Experience managing allowable tables and rate configurations within Athena EHR or similar systems
• Proficiency in conducting out-of-network analyses and no-go reporting frameworks
