Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager L1 to lead and manage a team delivering commercial contract services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts projects and communicate with stakeholders about progress and risks
Oversee and mentor a team of attorneys and paralegals in contract review, drafting, and negotiation
Report and collect performance data while identifying and implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

8+ years of commercial contracting experience
Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred
Experience managing a team of attorneys
Previous experience in drafting various commercial contract types
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
