Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management within the Parcel, Automation, and Consulting Supply Chain business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
• Lead the negotiation of change orders and develop claims strategies during project execution
• Act as the primary contractual point of contact, supporting dispute resolution and collaborating with legal on complex issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably in supply chain automation
• Proficiency in US law; experience with Canadian law is preferred
• Experience with large-scale industrial automation or logistics projects is highly desirable
• Familiarity with cross-border compliance and international trade agreements
