Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager (Sales) for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer-facing contract review, redlining, and drafting, negotiation of various commercial contracts
• Manage negotiation escalations, ensure contract compliance, and provide customer escalation support
• Assist in developing standard form templates, contract playbooks, and improving contract processes

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in an in-house legal department, with 5 years in the tech industry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating SaaS sales agreements
• Basic familiarity with data privacy regulations and security issues
• Ability to simplify complex terms for external and internal clients
