Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee contract management for a biopharmaceutical client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement to payment process with a biopharmaceutical client
• Handle requests for service, confirm budget availability, manage vendor cost tables, validate invoices, and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures while providing support in purchasing goods and services

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent preferred
• 2 years of relevant purchasing and/or contract management experience required
• Experience in purchasing or contract administration and understanding the contracting process
• Cross-functional and cross-site team management experience
• Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
