Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager to coordinate project deliverables and manage agreements related to power purchase and interconnection.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Power Purchase Agreements and Interconnection Agreements, creating a list of deliverables for review
• Import deliverables into project controls software for tracking and action
• Provide routine reporting on interconnect submittal status and critical path items to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Experience with contract interpretation and management of deliverables
• Knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Interconnection Agreements (IA)
• Strong organizational skills to manage high-priority deliverables
• Ability to establish professional working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with project controls software, preferably Unifier (Oracle-based)
