Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager to support the Commercial Legal Team - Americas group.

Key Responsibilities

Triage and facilitate incoming legal requests, ensuring proper prioritization and assignment
Process, review, and draft customer letters, NDAs, and other legal documents
Collaborate with attorneys to structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions efficiently

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university
5+ years of experience in Contract Management or a similar role
Experience with contract review, drafting, and negotiation
Proficiency with CLM platforms, preferably Ironclad
Strong reporting and data analytics capabilities
