Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager - US - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full life cycle of sponsor contracts and change orders, including drafting and incorporating budgets and legal terms
Collaborate with various departments to draft and finalize contracts and change orders
Lead negotiations with sponsors regarding contract terms and project scopes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of direct experience in CRO or pharmaceutical data management
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
