Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager II to negotiate and manage medical contracts in managed care markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate hospital and medical group contracts for multiple lines of business
• Analyze market data and financial models to support contract negotiations
• Develop and expand provider participation within the network

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, or equivalent experience
• Four years of progressive provider network contract negotiation experience
• Experience in a healthcare management environment preferred
• Knowledge of complex contracting scenarios
• Ability to negotiate win-win scenarios for the organization and providers
