Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager (Part-Time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for various agreements, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal regulations
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations while coordinating input from internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate contract records and reporting, and support ongoing compliance and contract close-out activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalency
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in working on market research contracts preferred
• Knowledge of legal terminology and principles relevant to commercial contracts
• Experience with contract management solutions
