Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee the contracts management process and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contracts process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree or legal qualification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry
• Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements relevant to clinical trials
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple contracts
