Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for various agreements, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution
• Review and analyze contract requirements and terms to identify risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Coordinate the contract review process with internal stakeholders and maintain accurate contract records and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in working on market research contracts preferred
• Knowledge of legal terminology and principles relevant to commercial contracts
• Experience with contract management solutions
