Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager - FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and track various legal agreements related to clinical studies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and ensure compliance with company standards
• Manage contract metrics and maintain contract files and databases

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts
• Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors
• Bachelor's degree in law or business administration is preferred
• Knowledge of contracting plans and budget negotiations is advantageous
