Contract Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager responsible for overseeing contract management activities and leading a team of Contracts Associates or Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and revise contractual documents in accordance with study needs and company standards
• Manage the contract deliverables and oversee the escalation process for assigned contracts
• Provide mentorship and line management support to Contracts Associates or Managers

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum five years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical business development
• At least three years of experience as a Contract Manager
• Advanced writing skills for composing various types of contractual agreements
• Strong knowledge of the CRO and pharmaceutical industry, including study design and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
