Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee provider network management and contracting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for provider contracts across various health plans and product lines
• Manage the lifecycle of contract negotiations and ensure timely submission of documents
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted
• At least 4 years of experience in managed care contracting within a healthcare organization
• Ability to interpret financial analyses and provide actionable recommendations
• Experience with bundled payment contracting or risk-based payment models is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced data management skills
