Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and manage the training and development of staff
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Review and negotiate contracts, proposals, and amendments while ensuring compliance with obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate team performance and enhance departmental effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
