Contract Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Sr Contract Manager will oversee vendor management and contracting services, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain comprehensive vendor management and contracting services
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal legal, risk, finance, and business partners, and corporate vendor management teams
• Ensure the efficient delivery of vendor management and contract services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, consulting, vendor management, risk management, and/or procurement
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of complex corporate vendor management systems and processes
• Proven strong negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of contract law and risk requirements
