Contract Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Contract Manager to work full-time remotely, responsible for driving the development, negotiation, and management of Master Service Agreements while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering collaboration between Procurement and Legal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead contract reviews and negotiations, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between Procurement and Legal teams to drive effective business outcomes
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks in procurement transactions while providing expert guidance on compliance

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a legal-related role
• Strong understanding of procurement regulations, contract law, and negotiation principles
• Solid knowledge of contract drafting and terminology, including risk-based language
• Proficiency in contract management software and procurement tools
• Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
