Job Summary

Driving strategic vendor agreements, the full-time remote Contract Manager will negotiate new and renewal contracts with data center operators, coordinate service delivery, and monitor vendor performance to support network expansion and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate new and renewal agreements with top-tier data center operators
• Coordinate delivery of space and power to support Lumen's high-performance network
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure alignment with service expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience, or 0-1 years with a Master's Degree
• Background in contract/vendor management
• Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency
• Experience working cross-functionally
