Contract Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full life cycle of sponsor contracts, the full-time remote Contract Manager will oversee the development, preparation, and revision of contracts and change orders while collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and effective negotiations.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Development and Legal departments to draft and finalize contracts and change orders
• Lead negotiations on agreement terms, including study budgets, with sponsors
• Ensure accurate integration of changes into main study contracts and revise final proposal budgets accordingly

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of direct experience with CRO or pharmaceutical data
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
