Job Summary
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of contract-related documentation, the remote Contract Manager will manage contract execution, coordinate communication with relevant parties, and support a smooth closing process.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, review, and verify contracts and associated documents, including deposits and payments
- Coordinate and execute the contract process efficiently while maintaining organized job files on a shared drive
- Provide daily email status updates on executed and outstanding contracts and track community-specific items as needed
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in a home builder environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong capacity to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
