Contract Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full life cycle of sponsor contracts, the full-time remote Contract Manager will oversee the development, preparation, and revision of contracts and change orders while collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and effective negotiations.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft and finalize contracts and change orders with sponsors
• Lead negotiations on agreement terms, including study budgets, during conference calls with sponsors
• Revise final proposal budgets and service descriptions to accurately reflect agreed-upon specifications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of direct experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with strong planning and analytical skills
