Job Summary

Leading contracting operations remotely, the full-time Manager, Advisory Solutions Contracting will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, develop governance and strategy, and drive operational excellence to support the delivery of MGT's Advisory Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance and scalable processes for the Advisory Solutions Contracting function
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and renewals of agreements
• Drive workflow optimization and enforce governance standards to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in contract management or related fields
• Prior leadership experience in managing complex agreements
