Contract Manager

Job Summary

Managing the development and revision of contracts and change orders, the full-time remote Contract Manager will oversee the full life cycle of sponsor contracts, lead negotiations, and collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and accuracy in contractual agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft and finalize contracts and change orders with sponsors
• Lead negotiations on agreement terms, including study budgets, with sponsors
• Update and revise study budgets and contracts in accordance with sponsor requirements and company policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of direct experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
