Contract Manager

Job Summary

Leading contract management support for complex gas turbine power plant projects, the remote Contract Manager will manage claims, risk mitigation, and contract compliance to ensure successful project delivery on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement risk mitigation strategies and claims settlement agreements
• Drive contract change order execution and pursue insurance claim recoveries in collaboration with sourcing teams
• Maintain contract management documentation and ensure timely submission of contractual notifications and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years contract administration experience
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience or equivalent
• Claims management experience
• Contract reading and writing experience
