Contract Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a leading Fintech company, the Contract Manager will manage contract routing, data verification in Ironclad, and general contract administration in a fully remote, 3-month contract role with the potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Route contracts for signature and perform data review and verification in Ironclad
• Assist in bridging procurement and legal functions with administrative tasks
• Support systems testing in Zip and potentially assist with the rollout of ContractsAI

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in contract management
• Ironclad experience is required
• Zip experience is strongly preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Legal operations exposure is a plus
