Job Summary

Managing the full contract lifecycle, the full-time remote Contract Manager will oversee the intake, drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of client, supplier, and partner agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution of various agreements
• Review and analyze contract terms to identify risks and ensure alignment with company policies and legal regulations
• Coordinate the contract review process with internal stakeholders to confirm requirements and resolve issues efficiently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with market research contracts preferred
• Knowledge of legal terminology and principles relevant to commercial contracts
• Experience with contract management solutions
