Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating responses to partner requests for contract-related assistance
Managing lifecycle of various contract templates
Maintaining accurate contract data in systems

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a SaaS or commercial environment
Prior experience with Box, Salesforce, and quote to cash processes
Experience in negotiating NDAs and software licensing agreements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
