Contract Manager, California

Job Summary

To support the Infrastructure Data Center organization, the full-time remote Contract Manager in California will manage contract negotiations, enhance operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize contract value while minimizing risk.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall contract management function, including contract drafting, negotiation, and process improvement
• Partner with business leads to navigate complex operations and drive cost containment efforts
• Act as a liaison between finance and business teams to ensure compliance and timely financial reporting

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and contract management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or similar fields
• Experience leading or facilitating sourcing or procurement events
• Familiarity with contract management software or systems
• Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
